I booked for a 2-hour deep cleaning service for my kitchen, but unfortunately, the experience was far below expectations. The cleaner who arrived was extremely slow, and two hours were not even sufficient to complete half of the kitchen. The cleaning process lacked professionalism, leaving behind a significant mess rather than a clean and organized space. Additionally, the methods used were not up to standard for a “deep cleaning” service. The cleaner used the same towel repeatedly for all surfaces, along with just a spray bottle, to clean the entire area. This approach is neither thorough nor hygienic. I am very disappointed with the quality of service and would not consider using this company again. I hope the management addresses these issues to improve their service in the future.

DON’T USE this cleaning company. They are DISGUSTING!! THEY SKIP THE CLEANING PROCESSES and I got ALLEGIC REACTION. I ordered sofa cleaning. After the cleaner left, I noticed that so much shampoo still left on the surface. I didn’t think about it much believing he did his job properly. Next day I sit on the sofa and started getting all itchy allergic reaction. Assumed the reaction is from the shampoo chemical so I called the company to clarify proper steps for cleaning sofa. Then I figured out the cleaner skipped rewashing process after shampooing and left all the chemicals on my sofa… speechless… To add more to this story, the cleaner came late by 1 Hour, and I could smell the fresh cigarette smell from him(he said he was late for “a car issue”) Very unprofessional overall and horrible service.

Booked a sofa cleaning service for my 5 seater sofa. The guy came came 30 min earlier than appointment time . Expected time was 1 1/2 hrs . He did really good job and it took approximately 2 hrs . The cleaner was Suresh from Sri Lanka . Amazing guy . Very calm and non stop working. Really satisfied with their work and surely I will recommend to my friends.

Bad cleaning service as I was guide the girl to explain how and where to clean and she didn’t, and very bad customer care service as i reported the girl and asked them to change the professional for the next time then I was shocked that they send here to me the same girl, both of my complaint and recommendation Not taken into consideration as I tried them twice, , timing was bad they never came on time in both bookings , it was horrible experience.

I had my couch and mattress cleaned and I was happy with the service. The cleaner came earlier than my appointment. He always let me check his work first before moving to the next item. He was very through with his work and takes his time to make sure that he cleans the couch and the mattress very well.
